Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Verification: Once your order is processed, we will verify the details and prepare your order for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local time) may not be processed until the next business day. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Rates are determined by package weight, destination, and delivery speed.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £400 within the UK.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to international destinations.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
- Delivery Time for International Orders: International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at info@samorehair.co.uk
Lost or Stolen Packages
S'amore Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors, family members, or the carrier to see if it was mistakenly delivered.
- If your package is still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details. If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute or change the address. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:
- Adverse weather conditions

- Customs clearance for international orders

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items or packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
