At S'AMORE HAIR, we aim to provide the best quality hair extensions and hair products to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that there may be times when returns or exchanges are necessary. Please carefully review our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we adhere to strict hygiene standards. Therefore, the eligibility criteria for returns are as follows:

Hair Extensions: To be eligible for a return, hair extensions must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way.

Hair Products (Sprays, Hair Glues, etc.): These products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of any hair care products that have been opened or used.
Time Frame for Returns

Hair Extensions: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for hair extensions, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Hair Products: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened and unused hair care products.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@samorehair.co.uk within the applicable return window.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Package the items securely, including the original packing slip.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or order errors on our part.
Note: If the returned item is found to be opened, used, or does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your hair extensions or hair products for a different item:
- Contact customer service within the return period.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
