Raw hair is hair that has never been chemically processed or altered in any way. It is collected from a single donor and remains in its natural state, with all cuticles intact and aligned in the same direction.

Raw hair can be dyed, bleached, and coloured to any shade you desire, including up to blonde shade 613. However, we strongly recommend having a licensed professional colourist handle any bleaching or dyeing.

Virgin hair is human hair that has undergone processing with chemicals to achieve a consistent texture and appearance. While it has been processed, it maintains good quality and retains a natural look and feel.

Virgin hair can be dyed and bleached, but it can only be safely bleached up to colour 27 (honey blonde) without compromising the hair's integrity. For the best results, we recommend having a licensed professional colour your virgin hair.

Raw hair can be bleached to lighter shades (up to 613 blonde), while virgin hair can only be bleached up to colour 27. Raw hair lasts up to 5 years with proper care, while virgin hair lasts up to 2 years.

Our hair experiences minimal shedding. Any manufactured hair may experience minimal shedding, which is normal. To prevent excessive shedding, always apply heat protectant before using thermal styling tools, have a licensed professional colour your extensions, and shampoo and condition your hair at least once a week.

With proper care and maintenance, our raw hair extensions can last up to 5 years, while virgin hair extensions can last up to 2 years. To maximise the lifespan, we recommend regular washing and conditioning, minimal heat styling with heat protectant, deep conditioning treatments every 2-3 weeks, and proper storage when not in use.

Wash and condition at least once a week with sulfate-free products. Always use heat protectant before applying heat. Deep condition every 2-3 weeks. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends. Avoid sleeping with wet hair. Store extensions in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Yes, you can swim with your extensions. Before swimming in chlorinated or salt water, wet your hair with clean water and apply a leave-in conditioner to create a protective barrier. After swimming, rinse your hair thoroughly and follow up with a deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture.

Lengths 14-16 inches: 2 bundles. Lengths 18-24 inches: 3 bundles. Lengths 26-30 inches: 4 bundles. Lengths 30 inches and up: 5 bundles or more. For heavy layers and curls: We recommend 4 bundles and up for all lengths.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, plus an additional 7-10 business days for delivery (depending on your location). This means your order should arrive within 12-17 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we ship to most international destinations worldwide. International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply.

Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting info@samorehairco.com as soon as possible. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. Our hair can be straightened, curled, and styled with heat tools just like your natural hair. However, always use a heat protectant spray before applying any heat, and keep the temperature below 400°F (200°C) to prevent heat damage. We recommend using lower heat settings when possible.
